As TSB is slowly growing, more and more people join the community. Sometimes it’s nice to know and learn a bit more about the people behind the community, the people making it all possible as well as to hear from it’s members, the people that make up the community. We thought it would be nice to spotlight a member of the community every week to get to know them. This week is the thirty-fourth in the series with andrewza who is usually known for not having a very good internet connection in Africa.
So, Who are you?
“I am andrewza. I am 30-year-old gamer who is an active member in the south African navy.”
What is your job in TSB?
“I am the token white African of TSB.”
What makes you happy?
“I am all ways happy. Since being able to do what I like makes me happy.”
What is your #1 song on your playlist?
“Manowar warriors of the world. The song I will play when the aliens try to invade as we unite to slaughter them.”
What is your all-time favorite game at this point in time? and why?
“I think my most hours in games are for Arma but my favorite game of all time is Age of Empires 2. It was the first game I bought and I still play it.”
How long have you been a gamer? And how long have you been in TSB?
“25 years. My first game was Micky Mouse game when I was 5. Forgot everything about the game but Micky Mouse. Been in TSB since 2017.”
What got you started in Gaming? And why did you join TSB?
“Mom was a single parent growing up, so gaming was a way to keep myself busy after school. Joined TSB due to the VG event.”
What do you consider your greatest gaming moment/achievement? and in TSB? Can you tell us a bit about it?
“Been gaming for 25 years so that is a hard one. But in TSB it was a PvP op, where one team were insurgents the others were US army. I led my team to victory in performing an ambush where we killed or damaged every US Vic in 10 seconds.”
What was your biggest gaming blunder? and in TSB?
“First time I played Age of Empires 2 it took me 2 hours to get to feudal age. I should have read the manual. In TSB I flew a helicopter and fired rockets into friendly survivors killing all of them before I flew into a tree.”
If you were one of the Council members in TSB, what would you change, and why?
“Banning all thin skin people.”
What has been some of the best moments you’ve had?
“There is no one moment. I simple enjoy coming to TSB to talk to people and have fun. If there were only a few best moments, then this place would not be fun.”
What do you typically use to game?
“A laptop, a bad laptop. Yet I somehow don’t get these bad frames people cry about. Come on guys you can play with 5 FPS.”
If you were to describe TSB in as few words as possible, what would they be? (10 words max!)
“The best group of retards online.”
Favorite food and/or drink?
“Steak and coke.”
If you were to pick the next interview to be published, who would it be, and why?
“Pogoleaf. He is a veteran member and an admin. We should know more about him.”
What would you ask this person you want interviewed?
“Big fake breasts or real small breasts?”
Now kvasius had a question from their interview: “What’s better: 18 naked cowboys or 28 US Marines?”
“28 marines. I can get their ford raptor afterwards and I can distract them with toddlers’ puzzles.”
